The Miyabi Kaizen II 5000FCD 6.5″ Nakiri delivers exceptional performance and beauty in a precise vegetable cleaver. Built around an FC61 super-steel core, it’s wrapped in 48 layers of flower-pattern Damascus and double ice-hardened with Friodur® for superior sharpness, durability, and corrosion resistance. The blade is hand-honed via Honbazuke to a fine, scalpel-like edge (approx. 9.5–12°).
This knife features an ergonomic D‑shape black pakkawood handle with a mosaic pin and rounded bolster for balanced control. Handcrafted in the renowned cutlery city of Seki, Japan, it’s ideal for slicing, dicing, and chopping vegetables with ease.
