Its SG2 micro-carbide powder steel blade is ice-hardened to approximately 63 Rockwell and hand-honed using the Honbazuke three-step process, delivering exceptional sharpness and durability.

A hammered Tsuchime finish reduces food sticking, while the ergonomic D-shaped Cocobolo pakkawood handle with mosaic pin ensures comfort, balance, and effortless control. Handcrafted in Seki, Japan, this knife combines elegance and practical performance for everyday kitchen tasks.
