Sharpened using the traditional Honbazuke 3-step process, the edge achieves a razor-like sharpness at a precise 9.5°–12° per side.
The handle is crafted from elegant black ash wood in a traditional D-shape, ergonomically designed for fatigue-free cutting. Accented with a mosaic pin and steel end-cap, it provides exceptional balance, comfort, and timeless beauty.
