Hand-honed using the traditional three-step Honbazuke process, the Katana-style edge delivers razor-sharp performance for professional-level cutting.
The ergonomic D-shaped handle is crafted from premium Karelian (Masur) Birchwood, prized for its beautiful grain and comfortable feel. A mosaic pin and stainless steel bolster enhance the knife’s balance, style, and handling.
