What’s Covered?
• Defects in materials, construction, or workmanship.
• Warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
What’s Not Covered?
• Chips in the blade, broken knife tips, food discoloration, and rust spots (these can often be fixed by sharpening or proper maintenance).
• Damage caused by misuse or accidents, including:
• Cutting frozen foods, bones, hard nuts, or cheese.
• Using the knife as a screwdriver, can opener, or other improper use.
• Dropping the knife on the floor or hitting hard surfaces.
• Rust and discoloration due to improper care.
• Return postage costs.
• Warranty is void if the knife leaves the country where it was originally purchased.
Proper Care & Storage Tips
• Wash Immediately – Clean with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly after each use.
• Avoid Dishwashers – The harsh conditions of a dishwasher can damage the knife and lead to corrosion.
• Store Properly – Keep knives in a dry atmosphere, using a knife block or magnetic rack.
