ZWILLING KRAMER Euro Stainless 8-Inch Chef's Knife | Japan
Lave-vaisselle : No
Developed alongside Master Bladesmith Bob Kramer, this knife reflects his exacting approach to blade geometry — a wide blade shaped for extra knuckle clearance, useful for larger hands and for working through bigger cuts of produce. That width also makes it easy to scoop and transfer chopped food straight from the board. Each blade goes through a traditional three-step hand-finishing process at the hands of skilled Japanese artisans. Paired with SG2 micro-carbide powder steel, the ice-hardened CRYODUR core holds a scalpel-like edge, stays sharp longer between sharpenings, and can be resharpened more times over its life than a standard blade. That SG2 core sits inside a 100-layer Chevron Damascus pattern, finished with a black linen Micarta handle and Bob Kramer's signature mosaic pin.
