First Use:

∙ Inspect all parts for cracks, dents, bends, or loose fittings before use

∙ Remove any stickers or labels (use benzine or commercial label remover if stubborn)

∙ Wash thoroughly with dish soap and a soft sponge, rinse and dry

Daily Cleaning :

∙ Wash after every use with dish soap + soft sponge

∙ Dry completely with a cloth — don’t air dry, as water spots can form

∙ Never use the abrasive/scrubbing side of sponges

∙ Never use metal scourers or steel wool — scratches the surface and causes black residue

∙ Never use chlorine bleach or orange oil-based cleaners — damages finish and decorative parts

Rust Prevention (even 304 SS can rust under certain conditions)

∙ Don’t leave salty, acidic, or oily residue sitting on the surface

∙ Don’t store in humid environments

∙ Don’t leave in prolonged contact with iron or aluminum cookware (galvanic corrosion)

∙ Always dry thoroughly before storing

1. Scrub with cream cleanser on a soft sponge

2. Rinse off

3. Follow up with dish soap and a soft sponge

4. Dry completely

Handle & Knob

∙ The knob gets very hot during and after cooking — always use pot holders or oven mitts
