Authentic Japanese Craftsmanship
Crafted from VG-10 high-carbon stainless steel and finished in a 33-layer Damascus pattern, this Nakiri is sharpened to a 15-degree edge and hardened to 59-60 HRC for exceptional edge retention. The full-tang body with a laminated wooden handle gives you the balance and durability of a true heirloom Japanese knife.

Care & Maintenance
Hand-wash only with mild soap and warm water; dry immediately. Do not put in the dishwasher. Hone regularly and sharpen with a Japanese whetstone (1000/3000 or 1000/6000 grit) to maintain the factory edge.
