Built around an FC61 super-steel core, it’s wrapped in 48 layers of flower-pattern Damascus and double ice-hardened with Friodur® for superior sharpness, durability, and corrosion resistance. The blade is hand-honed via Honbazuke to a fine, scalpel-like edge (approx. 9.5–12°).
