The MIYABI 6000MCT Bread Knife features a tough serrated edge designed to effortlessly cut through bread crusts and pastries. Handcrafted in Seki, Japan, this 23 cm knife combines precision, durability, and ergonomic comfort for superior kitchen performance.
The blade has a core of SG2 micro-carbide powder steel, encased by two additional layers of steel and finished with a hammered “Tsuchime” pattern. Advanced hardening processes, including CRYODUR® ice-hardening at -196°C, ensure a sharp, sturdy, and long-lasting edge. The D-shaped Cocobolo pakkawood handle is ergonomically designed with a curved, goose-neck shape and an individually balanced weight for effortless cutting.
