The MIYABI 6000MCT Santoku Knife combines precision, durability, and ergonomic comfort, making it ideal for slicing meat, fish, and vegetables. Handcrafted in Seki, Japan, this 18 cm knife features a potent SG2 micro-carbide powder steel core, wrapped in two layers of steel for superior strength and edge retention.

The blade is hand-honed using the traditional Honbazuke method and ice-hardened with CRYODUR® to achieve approximately 63 Rockwell hardness. Its hammered “Tsuchime” finish not only enhances aesthetics but also reduces food sticking during cutting. The D-shaped Cocobolo pakkawood handle is ergonomically designed with a curved goose-neck shape and counterbalance for effortless, precise cutting.
