Free Sample Knife Terms and Conditions

As part of our commitment to providing an exceptional experience, culinary school students or chefs in Canada may request a free knife sample for testing under the following conditions:

1. Availability: The availability of the knife for testing is not guaranteed and is subject to stock availability, which may vary.
2. Deposit: A refundable deposit will be charged before shipping the knife for testing
3. Original Box: To qualify for the free sample program, the knife sample must be returned in its original box.
4. Sample Duration: The free test knife can be retained for a period not exceeding one week (5 business days) from the date of receipt.
5. Geographical Limitations: Currently, the free sample program is exclusively available in Canada. We have plans to expand to the USA and other regions in the future.
6. Product Review Requirement: After testing, students or chefs must post a product review, preferably with pictures. Your feedback is valuable to us and helps us enhance our offerings.
7. Application Process: To apply for the free sample, simply choose the desired knife for testing and contact us at info@japanchefknife.com with the subject line: "Test Sample."
8. Shipping: All shipping and return shipping costs will be prepaid by JapaneseChefKnife.com, ensuring a seamless and cost-free experience for our valued customers.
