Worry free 15 Days Return or Exchange Policy

At, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, we offer a 15 days return or exchange policy to ensure your peace of mind. Please read the following guidelines carefully:


To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be unused, with all tags and labels attached.
  • You need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return:

To start a return, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. The system will display all items eligible for return.
  3. If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package.

Free Returns for Customers from Canada: We are pleased to offer free return shipping for customers within Canada. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide free return shipping for customers outside of Canada.

Please note that items returned to us without prior authorization and without following the return procedure will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs:

Kindly note that return shipping costs are not included in our coverage. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping expenses to our warehouse in Ontario, Canada.


If you want to exchange an item, please provide details in the return notes section during the return process. We'll do our best to accommodate your exchange request.

Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the items. If you notice any defects or damages received item, contact us immediately. We'll work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale items: We do not accept returns on items purchased during a sale.
  • Gift cards: Unfortunately, we cannot process returns for gift cards.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or credit card company some time to process and post the refund.
